1962 Ford Galaxie 500 "Sunliner" Convertible "Survivor" !!..... Restored to it's original glory over several years . Completed in May of 1988. Powered by the original / matching numbers 292 C.I. V-8 with 200 horsepower, paired with the "Cruisematic" auto transmission. .. Sold new to Valeria R. Remus on May 18th 1962 by "Glencoe Motors" of Glenco , Minnesota. Owned by Miss Remus for 50 years !!! (Later married name became Meyer...married Bernard "Bernie" Meyer sometime later) Complete (body on) restoration was completed in 2 stages (1983 / 1988-1989( a complete metal restoration **All new fenders,quarters, rockers etc...interior all re-done to original, All body restoration and re-finishing work done by "George's Body Shop" in Maplewood, MN. in Oct. of 1983 ....
